Returns & Exchanges (Candles Only)

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or those with significant burning.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Sale items (final sale, unless defective).

No Returns or Exchanges on Skincare Products
To ensure the safety and integrity of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for excellence, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at stoneandwickcandles24@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the situation.
